This document details how referees will check USASA SCASA issued player passes in all SCASA affiliated leagues. This new policy was adopted by the SCASA BOD in July 2007. Referees will now use SCREF to report players not using a USASA SCASA issued (current) Player Pass regardless of the policy of the local league.

This document summarizes (and details) the 07/08 SCASA state-wide registration process. The State Administrator is available to answer any questions Team Representatives may still have after reviewing this document.

This Team Registration Form has been updated and includes more drop down menus which you may find helpful in updating your Fall 2008/Winter 2008/Spring 2009 and Summer 2009 team roster.

Team Registration Forms and updates must be submitted to columbiascsoccer@aol.com Rosters submitted without complete and accurate information will not be accepted (you will get a return email with 'roster rejected' in the subject line).  (Email addresses are just as important as all other information).

Up to a 5-7 day wait period after your updated form was submitted via email and waiver(s),a clear and recent picture*, and dues have been received via US Mail sent to CL-SCASA 84 Saratoga Rd,Irmo SC 29063 can be expected before your new player can play in his/her first match.  The player pass will be mailed to the team representative listed on the Team Registration Form.

*Player pictures can also be sent digitally along with your roster.
