Referee Player Pass Policy
This document details how referees will check USASA SCASA issued player passes in all SCASA affiliated leagues. This new policy was adopted by the SCASA BOD in July 2007 and revised February 2009. Referees will now use SCREFEREE to report players not using a USASA SCASA issued (current) Player Pass regardless of the policy of the local league.

The Team Registration Form will not be accepted without addresses, emails, and atleast one phone number for each player.
