....hoping to forward this information about the 5K fun run/walk to raise money for Michael Kleinfelder's cancer treatment to the teams in the men's league.  So many of the players either know Mike or his dad Dave through the league.  I've attached the forms for registration and sponsorship.  Many people have inquired about donating if they cannot make it and donations can be sent to the address on the registration form.  I know that some teams will have gotten this information already from Mike and Dave, but just wanted to spread the word.

If you are not the right contact, do you mind sending this along to someone who can forward to the teams?
