Sunday League (FULL)  CLOSED

Start date: June 5th

Roster due: May 27th

Offering Men’s D1, Men’s D2, Men’s D3 and Coed (Open & Rec)

8 games + playoffs

Location: TBA

Cost:  $250 team fees (pay to CL-SCASA)

                $30 Player fee for non registered; $5 for registered player (pay to CL-SCASA)

                $10/per game Ref fees (paid at the fields)

Payment due: June 3rd

Bond fee: $50 cash  (the bond fee will be returned at the end of the season if the team has not forfeited) DUE NOW

*Space in the Sunday league is limited and I will only accept 36-38 teams, if you would like to go ahead and reserve your spot, please submit your Bond fee.  

Weekday league (FULL) CLOSED

Start date: June 13 & June 15

Roster due: June 6th

Mon/Wed: Men’s D1 and D2 and O35 & 45

Tue/Thurs-Men’s D3 and women’s

10 games + playoffs

Cost: $275 team fees

                $30 Player fee for non registered; $5 for registered player

                $10/ per game Ref fees (paid at the fields

Payment due: June 9th

Bond Fee: $50 cash (the bond fee will be returned at the end of the season if the team has not forfeited)  DUE NOW

Times:  6:30pm & 7:30 pm

How to Register a team:

1)  Fill and submit a roster http://www.columbiascsoccer.org/forms/  6v6 Team Reg form

2) Pay Bond Fee to hold your spot

3) Turn in any orange cards you may have or email pictures of new players

4) Pay Team fees and Player fees

How to Register as an individual:

1)  Fill out http://www.columbiascsoccer.org/forms/ Individual Player Registration Form

2) Indicate which division and if you'd like weekday or Sundays

3) Submit $30 State fee -  There will be more fee associated but it depends on which team you are placed on to know the balance.  Average cost is $70-$75
